Tom did not have to do the cardiac chair today. Instead, Nancy was able to bring him outside and in the gym area for his "therapy." I think it was probably good for both of them to be out of the hospital room.
Tom met with a neurologist when one of Brendan (Bryan's youngest brother) was visiting. It was a good visit in the sense that it is helping make sense of some of things Tom says, and the things he remembers. It was suggested that they bring his laptop in, and see what he can do.
He was getting restless and pulled out his trache tube today (and yesterday too). As far as I know, he had no trouble without the ventilator last night.
Please pray for his restlessness and anxiety. Pray for guidance and comforting words for the nurses and Nancy since she spends a lot of time with Tom during the day.
Continue to pray for the next rehab place and the visits this weekend.
