Tom sat in a normal chair yesterday when Bryan visited. He no longer needs the cardiac rehab chair because he can stand and walk a bit! He also played a computer game on his laptop that he and some of his sons used to play.
He continues to remember more and more. He even made a comment about being in the hospital for 3 weeks, which is almost how long he has been awake and at the new place. He also said the wedding was tomorrow, which goes with the "three weeks time frame," only in that his son got married 3 weeks after the aneursym. His last memory would have been the Friday 3 weeks before the wedding. At this point, he still does not realize he missed the wedding, even though he can see the date on the board on his wall. Please pray for him and the family when he makes that connection. He is making such good progress, we don't want to make him sad :(
Please also pray for his eyes. One of them seems to be giving him trouble. An eye doctor will be visiting him today I believe.
The trache comes out today! He will be transferred somewhere tomorrow. He was accepted at both facilities. Please pray for Bryan's mom as she makes that decision today.
